Wedding cateringThe Avenue is one of the premier banquet halls in Vaughan. Our on-site catering team is always creating and implementing new catering food options.

We would like to share some of latest salad creations.

  • Watermelon and feta cheese salad served on a bed of arugula, garnished with sliced almonds and fresh mint.
    Chickpea and kale salad seasoned with cumin and paprika and tossed with mint and cilantro in a sundried tomato vinaigrette.
    Greek quinoa salad: quinoa, kalamata olives, spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese in a house made Greek dressing.
    Pacific coast salad including mixed greens, snap peas, cucumber, avocado, roasted red peppers, roasted corn, chopped candied walnuts, apple cider vinaigrette.
    Israeli salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, parsley in a lemon vinaigrette.
    Chicken, apple and fennel chopped salad: romaine lettuce, cucumbers, apples, fennel and red onions, goat cheese, herb lemon vinaigrette.
    Chopped caprese salad with chopped romaine, grape tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, red wine vinaigrette.
    Quinoa, black bean and mango salad—-avocado, scallions, bell peppers, mango, black beans, cilantro, quinoa, lime vinaigrette dressing.
    Bulgur salad with carrots and almonds—–lemon, shredded carrots, sliced almonds, chopped mint, cilantro and scallions, Middle Eastern vinaigrette dressing.
    Black eyed pea salad with peaches and pecans——black eye peas, sliced peaches, frisee, honey tarragon dressing.
    Kale salad with sweet potatoes— caramelized roasted sweet potatoes, shredded radicchio, pecans, Parmesan cheese, kale, sweet pomegranate vinaigrette.

We are incorporating many of our salads into salad bar stations. These provide a great option for those guests who are vegetarian or vegan. In addition to the salads we are introducing a toast bar with assorted toppings. Summer squash, leek, spinach and Parmesan gratin. Pasta frittata with leeks, arugula, goat cheese and mint.

Our catering team is always creating new food options to serve our guests. Innovation keeps us current and our food menu options are always changing. Our Toronto venue can accommodate large and small events. The boulevardroom is best suited for parties ranging in size from 50 to 100 people.
