Interactive Food Stations for Weddings

We are introducing our newest interactive food station. The interactive panini food station. Great for a cocktail style party or as a late-night savory dish.

There are many variations to the grilled panini sandwich. The following are our favourites:

Cuban Style Panini
The sandwich is made from Cuban roll bread with swiss cheese, sliced ham, coarsely chopped potato sticks, pulled pork, spicy mustard and dill pickles cut into small pieces.
Hawaiian Barbecue Panini
Brioche buns smeared with Hawaiian barbecue sauce, pepper jack cheese, grilled ham, grilled pineapple slices, egg cooked and folded.

Pizza Panini Sandwiches
Sourdough bread with mozzarella cheese, Franks Hot Sauce, marinara sauce, Italian sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, parmesan cheese, Kalamata olives and jalapenos.

Muffuletta Panini
New Orleans tradition brought to life in a panini. Southern style bread roll with marinated vegetables, Kalamata olives, smoked ham, pastrami, genoa salami, provolone cheese and last but not least the olive salad.

Reuben Panini
Pumpernickel bread smeared with thousand island dressing, swiss cheese, corn beef and sauerkraut.

Monte Cristo Panini
Artisan bread smeared with Dijon mustard, swiss cheese and bourbon glazed country ham.

Mediterranean Panini Melt
Home made ciabatta buns with sautéed baby artichoke, cured black olives and fontina cheese.

Antipasti Panini
Rustic bread with olive tapenade, marinated artichoke hearts, sliced salami, provolone cheese and roasted red peppers.

The catering team at The Avenue Banquet Hall is always adding new food options to their food menus.
It is one of the few Toronto wedding venues that constantly update their wedding catering menus.

Each one of their international chefs brings new recipes to the food menu offered by the venue.
